Being my second HR-V, this is by far the best upgrade in design Honda did. I have the Sport in Black which looks, and feels great, and with all the safety features, why can't you have this car.

I drove into the service area this morning without an appointment and was greeted by Cam. He was friendly and asked what I needed. Then Quinn arrived to ask what I needed and I explained that the CarPlay disappeared and I needed help getting it back. Right away he took charge and got it connected. Then I explained another problem about my voice prompt not working and then Rich Kim appeared to ask if he could help. So I had two people on the scene( and in my car) to go through what seemed to be a complicated process to reset my system. I wish I knew what they did, all I can say is they stepped up and rescued me. Rich had a lot of knowledge and even though I was worried to start resetting everything, he came through and got everything working. This most important aspect of this experience is the immediate help with my problem. Tech is obviously not in my wheel-house, having such smart and helpful Honda Kirkland staff is amazing. Rich and Quinn never hesitated, gave heavy sighs, or gave a hint of inconvenience in taking care of my situation. Every visit for my scheduled maintenance has been pleasant and I will sing the praises of Rich Kim and Quinn at every opportunity. Thank you.

The process was smooth. Description of the used auto was accurate, the administrative process was streamlined to our satisfaction. This was a very positive experience with serious people during serious work. I was able to trust the analysis and enjoyed the no nonsense grown-up approach to buying what is a very expensive asset. Great experience at AutoNation, went in to look for a specific used car and wasn't pressured into a new one or a different car just for the sake of it. I spent almost a year avoiding the car buying process. Yesterday I made the trek to Burien to test drive a car, bought it, and the process was painless and actually enjoyable ! The salesman and manager were both very nice guys, no heavy pressure. The dealership is not HUGE or chaotic. I recommend highly.

I really like the car, but was somewhat taken by surprise to find out that, after providing a $31,000 down payment, I wold have to pay $500 per month for 5 years. That brings the total cost for the car to $61,000. By any measure that is quite a bit of money for a $28,000 vehicle.
