Being my second HR-V, this is by far the best upgrade in design Honda did. I have the Sport in Black which looks, and feels great, and with all the safety features, why can't you have this car.

I drove into the service area this morning without an appointment and was greeted by Cam. He was friendly and asked what I needed. Then Quinn arrived to ask what I needed and I explained that the CarPlay disappeared and I needed help getting it back. Right away he took charge and got it connected. Then I explained another problem about my voice prompt not working and then Rich Kim appeared to ask if he could help. So I had two people on the scene( and in my car) to go through what seemed to be a complicated process to reset my system. I wish I knew what they did, all I can say is they stepped up and rescued me. Rich had a lot of knowledge and even though I was worried to start resetting everything, he came through and got everything working. This most important aspect of this experience is the immediate help with my problem. Tech is obviously not in my wheel-house, having such smart and helpful Honda Kirkland staff is amazing. Rich and Quinn never hesitated, gave heavy sighs, or gave a hint of inconvenience in taking care of my situation. Every visit for my scheduled maintenance has been pleasant and I will sing the praises of Rich Kim and Quinn at every opportunity. Thank you.

Toni was a great salesperson - she was professional, courteous and got me in the vehicle I wanted (in my preferred color); this is my fourth vehicle with Toni and I am a satisfied customer.

Diana was great to work with. She explained everything thoroughly and I thought the total time from start to finish was on point. I've been to other dealers and the whole process was unbearably long. I spent almost a year avoiding the car buying process. Yesterday I made the trek to Burien to test drive a car, bought it, and the process was painless and actually enjoyable ! The salesman and manager were both very nice guys, no heavy pressure. The dealership is not HUGE or chaotic. I recommend highly.
