Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

Both sales and manager were quite responsive and delivered several follow-ups after my initial call. Importantly, they also keep promise of the price discussed over the phone before my visit. In particular, Mr. Carlos Garcia greeted us very friendly, explained us the operations of each functional parts, and answered all our questions. This our second Honda purchased within the last four months. What went well: (1) Excellent Customer Service - exhibited by our salesman, Raul, and his manager, “Duck”. Raul was very informative, professional, and considerate in making this a “no pressure sale”. Duck was very kind, friendly, & professional as he made a quick introduction and welcomed us. He was also there after the closing to thank us for the business and to let us know of his availability should we have any questions. Diego in finance was also very informative, friendly, and professional when going through the loan process and documentation as he was able to answer our questions to satisfaction. (2) Streamlined & Efficient Process - from the beginning, Raul provided us (my wife and I) his undivided attention which began by his quick retrieval of the several vehicles we wanted to see and test drive. The process was well paced and maintained as each of the steps leading to closing were identified and completed to satisfaction. The closing with Diego was also well managed and paced to our satisfaction. (3) Customer Satisfaction - this was achieved with the purchase of this second, “top” quality Honda. This purchase was for the a 2025 Honda Accord LX Hybrid that was part of the well stocked inventory. Excellent vehicle with some great features and fuel mileage!
