Rusty took care of business as always. Some in and out process. I had good experiences with all service work at this location. Happy with this group and my service representative.

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

Good and very profesional people was very nice and kind and work a good deal for me and get the most value for my use car.

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

Your sales personnel were very helpful and attentive knowing this was a first time buyer but your financial personnel was not as considerate or understanding. He would be rude when asked to explain again.

Have been going to Rusty Wallis for all my car maintenance needs since 2016. They never miss. Great service and very informative. I would not think of going to another dealership for the car maintenance needs. They have also given me the best service in car sales. Kevin has sold my daughter two cars. As long as he is selling cars, Kevin will always be my go to salesperson.

The best dealership In town. ( HANDS DOWN ) I had an issue they fixed it went way above the call. All the way from the sells guy Jason to the general manager Mr ONDRE as well as the service guys and service manager. I would like to also thanks the Wallace family themselves. I had to take my CR-V in for a factory recall for the fuel pump, so I set up an oil change and tire rotation for the same time. Michael Mason was the rep who assisted me and wrote up the service order. He was pleasant and professional. Of course he suggested getting the tires balanced as well, even though I was holding off on doing that for financial reasons. But I went ahead and did it since the car was already there. After he came back from the parts dept. to make sure the replacement part was there (which it was), he also suggested several other services based on the mileage of my car: changing the brake fluid, coolant, transmission fluid, fuel induction service and wheel alignment. I realize every dealership is in the business of making money, but I declined all those things - a.) because they're expensive and b.) because I have to budget for them. Michael understood and did not push or pressure me into buying them, which I really appreciated. The work took a little longer than I expected, but there were no issues when I came back to pick it up. All in all, a decent experience.

I came to look a new car. David was very friendly, honest and helpful. He took his time to explained to me all the procedures from buying my car to finance my car, and he went through the features on new vehicle with me. I don't feel very comfortable when go to the dealership, but David proved to me otherwise. Could not asked for a professional, friendly service at Honda Eagle Dealership; and I came out with a brand new car!!!!

I purchased a used car from this Honda dealership - that was not a Honda. The sales person ?Sep? and manager ?Shawn Anderson? were amazing in their professionalism and customer service from start to finish. The most impressive thing about this dealership and Shawn Anderson, is their ethics! I have never called any dealership ethical in my 40 years of buying cars. The jeep I wanted had an airbag light that came on during test drive. Shawn said they would send it out to a Jeep dealership for repair. He told me they would not sell any car, regardless of make, if it was not 100% at the time of sale. He said it is a David McDavid policy across the board. I asked Shawn if I could sign a waiver and buy the it ?as is?, in the event the issue could not be repaired? - he said no. I am truly impressed with the ethics and professionalism of the staff and management at David McDavid Honda Frisco.

This dealership has great service and courteous staff. Wait time was minimal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will go back for any servicing needs.
