Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

We’d been shopping for a new car for about two weeks and finally decided on a Honda Accord. Most of the dealerships didn’t have the color we wanted. I called Jose at New Century Honda and they had the car available plus they beat the best offer we had received by over $400. When we arrived Jose was friendly and did everything he could to make the buying process painless—which it was (Thank you to the finance guy, Omar, for being informative, thorough and friendly!). Jose not only helped me set up my Apple Play, he told me I could call him with questions anytime. That level of customer service after you’ve already bought the car is unheard of. It was definitely a win-win situation!

I visited multiple Honda dealerships for written quotes, including a Costco Auto Program referral. When I visited New Century Glendale, I did not share the competitive quotes. New Century Sales Manager George Amezcua beat every quote by reasonable margins -- and a huge savings from the Costco referral quote. I purchased the car from George and called Costco to recommend they add New Century to its approved dealer list.

Mayra Lopez was so warm and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in leasing and explained all of the aspects of the vehicle as well as getting me the best possible deal. She even helped me program some of the features of the truck when she delivered it to me. So Grateful for her making my experience the best one ever... We got to Buena Park Honda after visiting three other Los Angeles area Honda dealers and leaving all in frustration for various reasons. My wife had been texting with a salesperson at Buena Park who she really liked, though they?d never spoken. When we got there we met Channi in person, she showed up on her day off to get us started and delivered everything she promised with refreshing sincerity and enthusiasm. She?s also made herself available for all our questions 2 days after the purchase. Though the dealership was 40 minutes from our house, it was well worth the trip!
