I purchased a Honda from Weir Canyon in 2018 and had such a good experience that I always kept it in mind for my next car purchase. I came in last night to test drive the new Civic with Joe and was once again impressed by the sales staff here. There's absolutely no pressure from them to make a deal. Joe ran through his pitch, took everything I wanted into consideration and never made me feel intimidated or pressured to pull the trigger. After we made our deal, I worked with Eli on financing. I walked into his office reluctantly because financing is always the hard part of buying a car. Within seconds, Eli made me feel comfortable. He gave me excellent advice about what I might need and never tried to pressure me into purchasing anything I didn't want. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours and got a great deal. Most importantly, it was a great buying experience overall because I dealt with Joe and Eli. I don't plan to purchase another car anytime soon, but when the time comes I'll be back again and referring Weir Canyon to everyone in the meantime.

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

I needed a 10k basic service on my vehicle. Everything went well, I will use Hatfield again.

I recently purchased a 2023 Accord EX and had assistance from Martin and Evan. Both of them were extremely helpful and negotiating the price was painless. I've seen a few negative reviews about bait-n-switch tactics and pressure on purchasing extended warranties. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. The ability to negotiate is a powerful tool and both Martin and Evan were very respectful throughout the entire process. I come to Penske Honda for all of my service needs- so when I recently traded in my old vehicle for a newer Honda those service records on the Carfax were gold for proving consistent reliable maintenance to get top $ on the trade- and I did! I just came in to do my first oil change since trading. Antonio noticed I traded from my records (I literally traded a ridgeline black edition for a ridgeline black edition so people usually don’t notice I traded). His team did a thorough inspection for leaks and and even sent me a video of the undercarriage and parts I can’t see without me even asking, which is so awesome to have as a baseline/ for future reference as I wear and tear on the vehicle over time.
