I was looking at three different cars across a dozen or so dealers. Only two were willing to run the process in a way that worked for me and only was anywhere near as transparent as I needed. Guess where I spent my money? CJ in sales and Brandon in finance were enjoyable people to be around, real humans. In my time at the dealership, I observed a lot of interactions and it struck me as a low-pressure, high-service place. I'll be back in three years when my lease is up to do it again.

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Kept the pressure low and thoroughly explained the available options. CJ and Brandon were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them/this dealership to anyone. Having the out the door price available immediately on new cars was super helpful and made the experience easy and low pressure. We went to the dealership without an appointment to get a front right signal replaced. They, as always, were awesome. Kevin was SO nice and fast! Had me in and out in 45 minutes!

We have leased numerous Hondas from Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. The experience has always been 5 STAR. Devvon was our Sales Specialist and we asked him to put together 2 leases for 2 HR-V’s. Oh, and one of the lessees couldn’t come to the dealership to sign! No problem! Very complicated process handled by Devvon with patience and respect.
