Over the next few weeks she patiently reached out to touch base and let me know what was available in their inventory that matched what we wanted. She was never pushy, just supportive in our search. Once we were ready for a test drive (but not yet a purchase) we scheduled an appointment with her. Upon arrival she had everything ready for us. We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

I had recall on my 2019 Pilot. The repair was completed timely. There were some other items noted while the recall was being completed. Not only did I receive pictures, but Ram Garcha ensured to call me to keep me informed and gave me information about others services available. My vehicle was also washed at the end of the service.
