As opposed to some other places, there was no back-and-forth haggling, and I was very happy with the overall price and financing. I left the dealership feeling good about my overall experience and decision to purchase. We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

We were very pleased with our experience at Honda of Tenafly. It had been 2 weeks that we were very actively looking for a pre-owned BMW X1. I saw the advertisement of Honda of Tenafly on Friday for a new entry they got matching exactly our requirements. The listing had no pictures as they had no chance to take some yet (nothing sketchy as someone could think). My first contact with them was via text and I have to admit that it was not a successful experience. I would not bother with that system and call directly the dealership. We spoke to Denise that answer all our questions and set-up an appointment for us. Arriving at the dealership we were treated by one of the salesperson, Lydia - very nice and professional. She located the car and brought it for us. The car was not even in the dealership lot yet as they just had finished inspection and were in the process of cleaning it. That stopped everything for us to see it. It was perfect! The car was a trade in with a perfect Carfax - one owner, low mileage, regular maintenance by a local BMW dealership - PERFECT! We decided to go for it! The dealer’s fees were minimum and it was a very transparent process. We didn’t have our checks on us so they allowed us to make a deposit via credit card ($5,000 max on cc per transaction), leave with the car and gave us a few days to bring back a check of the remaining amount. In overall, we are very happy with the process and we would highly recommend to deal with Lydia! She answered all of our questions and was very helpful.

We've been happy with our previous Honda's and found our new one to be just as well made and nice features. We expect our new CRV to be just as great as our last ones.

The overall quality of service rendered over the years has been excellent. The sales personnel were professional and once the sale had been negotiated, they were efficient in doing the paperwork and turning over the car. Sales personnel were easy to communicate with.

I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. I had the most exceptional experience with the team at Hillside Honda - Edwin Luzon and Eli Hartley - who were both supremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I truly couldn't have asked for a better deal or purchasing experience with them. They are an asset to the Hillside team. My phone calls were returned promptly, no request was too hard, and their service was top notch. Upon arriving to collect the car, Edwin professionally too me through the paperwork, dominated all the features of the car, and sent me on my way with helpful directions to get out of the city.

Our experience began with outstanding communication via email AND text with Ariana Toshek. She answered all my questions and was very welcoming. Knowing this was our 1st time in Brooklyn he actually turned our test drive into a sight seeing tour. He even kept my 6 & 10 yr old entertained when we started to loose control of them! His product knowledge was ON POINT!!! He knew EVERYTHING about the CRV including the history and got my wife's phone totally set up in her new car. Looking back he was on point in every aspect of his job today and made it very smooth, comfortable, and fun! Warning...You are going to want to grab a drink with this guy after! Last and certainly not least the Finance Manager - Asad Basha. Like the rest of his team he made you feel completely at rest and made it fun! Just don't tell him you have 10 minutes to get the entire deal done! He went so far out of his way to ensure we understood EACH AND EVERY BULLET POINT on the whirlwind of paperwork....a master at his craft but still made it fun! Like everyone else he was there to help in anyway he could. He also helped tame the wild beasts that are my kids! So in closing....they gave me the best price, truly cared enough to make us comfortable, and made it as much fun of an experience as you can have buying a car, 2 thumbs up from a "country guy" venturing into the "big city" to buy a car.

I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and helpful people I met when I first visited the Honda of Stamford dealership. Although my visit was brief, and I wanted to get more information from them, as well as other dealerships for comparison, I was promised a call from the salesperson in a few days. And sure enough the salesperson, Anna, contacted me with the information. I revisited the dealership, and, without feeling any pressure, in few days, decided to buy an HVR.

Jim Ferrara the service director is the best person in that department. He is an asset to service! He has all the knowledge you would want and more. Jim has been there for years and been nothing but helpful, courteous and knowledgable never tries to sell you something that is not needed. Jim also did a great job explaining everything on our new car along with Marcus the parts manager and answered all questions during the new car orientation. Sales department could be better when it comes to pricing for a brand new car. However everyone is courteous and helpful. The general manager Dave Girolamo very nice, willing to work with you always available to chat. Also very knowledgeable on sales to products. Curry does take good care of you.
