Great customer service, very helpful. I only bout a $10,000 used car from them and they treated me like I was buying a brand new one. I even left my cell phone in the car when we were test driving, Mo said it?s no problem we can go get it. Didn?t get frustrated with me at all. Stayed late to help me finish my paperwork and they were really kind. The financial guy in the back didn?t just accept the terms on my pre approval but he negotiated for a better interest rate so he could get me some GAP coverage. Really nice people and professional. I?m upset that I didn?t buy my previous cars here. I could have been getting this service- instead I got my car from?. (Okay I won?t bash) ? but you get the point.

Took my Kia to do a trade in for a brand new Honda CR-V Sport Hybrid. My salesman was Chuck, great gentleman, if you need a new car ask for Chuck and he will take care of you. Easy process to do a trade in and they really listen to you and help you out. My finance guy was awesome and will help you get the best deal.

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

I came to look a new car. David was very friendly, honest and helpful. He took his time to explained to me all the procedures from buying my car to finance my car, and he went through the features on new vehicle with me. I don't feel very comfortable when go to the dealership, but David proved to me otherwise. I purchased a used car from this Honda dealership - that was not a Honda. The sales person ?Sep? and manager ?Shawn Anderson? were amazing in their professionalism and customer service from start to finish. The most impressive thing about this dealership and Shawn Anderson, is their ethics! I have never called any dealership ethical in my 40 years of buying cars. The jeep I wanted had an airbag light that came on during test drive. Shawn said they would send it out to a Jeep dealership for repair. He told me they would not sell any car, regardless of make, if it was not 100% at the time of sale. He said it is a David McDavid policy across the board. I asked Shawn if I could sign a waiver and buy the it ?as is?, in the event the issue could not be repaired? - he said no. I am truly impressed with the ethics and professionalism of the staff and management at David McDavid Honda Frisco.

This dealership has great service and courteous staff. Wait time was minimal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will go back for any servicing needs.

Your sales personnel were very helpful and attentive knowing this was a first time buyer but your financial personnel was not as considerate or understanding. He would be rude when asked to explain again.
