After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.

The purpose of this note is to express my appreciation to Gerald Honda of Countryside for their accommodation to my wife and me in the purchase of our new 2025 Honda Pilot EX-L. We drove past Gerald Honda on La Grange Road and saw the demolished showroom, replaced with a tent and a small sign saying open during construction. After recent knee problems, walking around a dealership would be difficult to impossible. I called the sales phone number and explained my situation and requested a sales person to bring a Pilot EX-L to our residence for a look over and test drive. A few minutes later, I received a return call from Steve Browner asking more specifically the features I am looking for. In a short while, Steve arrived at our home with a car close to my description. We looked it over and both of us had an opportunity to drive it. We were interested in this car but it didn’t have a roof rack or a trailer hitch. Steve assured us that Gerald was capable to install both options. We completed the purchase negotiation with Steve over the phone that afternoon with the roof rack being installed for delivery at noon the next day. The trailer hitch needed to be ordered and it was installed within a week. I was helped by OJ, it was my first time buying a car from a dealership. OJ ensured it was a good experience, I felt welcomed and understood everything that was going on however; should I have receive an email by now to receive the account set up of my car payments?

We purchased our new vehicle with ease at the comfort of our home! Honda of Lisle is the best! Definitely not a bait and switch dealership which we appreciate so much. We searched online and made a request for a quote and out the door price for a specific vehicle we wanted to over 12 dealership and so far Honda of Lisle is the only one who responded with out the door/ on the road price. That’s the right way to do it. We communicated and negotiated thru email with Mary Murphy and they gave us a great deal! Honda of Lisle is 670 miles from us so they sent the paperworks thru UPS Express, we received it and signed it and returned it back to them. They assisted us through the entire process. The staff especially Mary, Andrea and Bob are TRUSTWORTHY, reliable, and kind. Excellent service! Side note: Since they don’t have a delivery service, we hired Mercury Auto Transport to get the vehicle at the Honda of Lisle dealership and deliver it to our house.

Vince saw my purchase all the way to the end. He went out of his way to find the HRV I wanted and picked it up himself. I've bought several new vehicles and he is the best sales representative I've ever dealt with. He is a number 10. I won't hesitate to recommend him and the dealership .
