We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

I was nervous about being scammed because I don’t know much about cars, but I never felt like that at all. Juan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and helped us to get a great deal on the car. Financing was also a breeze and I once again did not feel like I was getting scammed at all. Dominic Hernandez helped us to get a great warranty and made sure to speak to my car-knowledge level. I came to look a new car. David was very friendly, honest and helpful. He took his time to explained to me all the procedures from buying my car to finance my car, and he went through the features on new vehicle with me. I don't feel very comfortable when go to the dealership, but David proved to me otherwise. I had to take my CR-V in for a factory recall for the fuel pump, so I set up an oil change and tire rotation for the same time. Michael Mason was the rep who assisted me and wrote up the service order. He was pleasant and professional. Of course he suggested getting the tires balanced as well, even though I was holding off on doing that for financial reasons. But I went ahead and did it since the car was already there. After he came back from the parts dept. to make sure the replacement part was there (which it was), he also suggested several other services based on the mileage of my car: changing the brake fluid, coolant, transmission fluid, fuel induction service and wheel alignment. I realize every dealership is in the business of making money, but I declined all those things - a.) because they're expensive and b.) because I have to budget for them. Michael understood and did not push or pressure me into buying them, which I really appreciated. The work took a little longer than I expected, but there were no issues when I came back to pick it up. All in all, a decent experience.
