We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

I purchased a used car from this Honda dealership - that was not a Honda. The sales person ?Sep? and manager ?Shawn Anderson? were amazing in their professionalism and customer service from start to finish. The most impressive thing about this dealership and Shawn Anderson, is their ethics! I have never called any dealership ethical in my 40 years of buying cars. The jeep I wanted had an airbag light that came on during test drive. Shawn said they would send it out to a Jeep dealership for repair. He told me they would not sell any car, regardless of make, if it was not 100% at the time of sale. He said it is a David McDavid policy across the board. I asked Shawn if I could sign a waiver and buy the it ?as is?, in the event the issue could not be repaired? - he said no. I am truly impressed with the ethics and professionalism of the staff and management at David McDavid Honda Frisco.

After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.

I had to take my CR-V in for a factory recall for the fuel pump, so I set up an oil change and tire rotation for the same time. Michael Mason was the rep who assisted me and wrote up the service order. He was pleasant and professional. Of course he suggested getting the tires balanced as well, even though I was holding off on doing that for financial reasons. But I went ahead and did it since the car was already there. After he came back from the parts dept. to make sure the replacement part was there (which it was), he also suggested several other services based on the mileage of my car: changing the brake fluid, coolant, transmission fluid, fuel induction service and wheel alignment. I realize every dealership is in the business of making money, but I declined all those things - a.) because they're expensive and b.) because I have to budget for them. Michael understood and did not push or pressure me into buying them, which I really appreciated. The work took a little longer than I expected, but there were no issues when I came back to pick it up. All in all, a decent experience.

I came to look a new car. David was very friendly, honest and helpful. He took his time to explained to me all the procedures from buying my car to finance my car, and he went through the features on new vehicle with me. I don't feel very comfortable when go to the dealership, but David proved to me otherwise. I had a 4:15 pm appointment for state emissions test. This was an exceptionally busy service etc. day. The process took a little longer than normal due to a very high volume of customers. In spite of this I felt the service staff did very well. My service advisor, Lucio Luna was very attentive and accommodating After my car was ready I asked him if a noticeable streak I had on my car from several days before could possibly be polished out to reduce it?s appearance. He got a-rag and applied some chemical and rubbed the spot. In a few minutes my car looked perfect. I am grateful for the extra personal touch and help he gave me. As one of the last customers of the day, he could?ve told me to come back another day to evaluate my problem. Instead, he was patient, helpful, and resolved my problem. I would highly recommend the service advisor to everyone.
