My wife and I visited a few Honda Dealerships prior to Metro Honda in Jersey City and we were not happy with the experiences. We literally were with Shawn for over 6 hrs as my wife and I went back and forth about the vehicle we wanted. The loan officer was patient as well and talked us through the various car options without pushing us into services we didn’t need. It was a great car buying experience. Our experience began with outstanding communication via email AND text with Ariana Toshek. She answered all my questions and was very welcoming. She gave us the courage to drive 1.5hrs from South NJ to Brooklyn. Next on deck - Sales Consultant Owais Khan. Car buying in general is stressful and he went out of his way to make it fun! Knowing this was our 1st time in Brooklyn he actually turned our test drive into a sight seeing tour. He even kept my 6 & 10 yr old entertained when we started to loose control of them! His product knowledge was ON POINT!!! He knew EVERYTHING about the CRV including the history and got my wife's phone totally set up in her new car. Looking back he was on point in every aspect of his job today and made it very smooth, comfortable, and fun! Warning...You are going to want to grab a drink with this guy after! Last and certainly not least the Finance Manager - Asad Basha. Like the rest of his team he made you feel completely at rest and made it fun! Just don't tell him you have 10 minutes to get the entire deal done! He went so far out of his way to ensure we understood EACH AND EVERY BULLET POINT on the whirlwind of paperwork....a master at his craft but still made it fun! Like everyone else he was there to help in anyway he could. He also helped tame the wild beasts that are my kids! So in closing....they gave me the best price, truly cared enough to make us comfortable, and made it as much fun of an experience as you can have buying a car, 2 thumbs up from a "country guy" venturing into the "big city" to buy a car.

The overall quality of service rendered over the years has been excellent. The sales personnel were professional and once the sale had been negotiated, they were efficient in doing the paperwork and turning over the car. Sales personnel were easy to communicate with.

After a truly bad experience at another dealership, I went to Honda of Tenafly with trepidation. It was a relief to meet Anna Marie, who made the car buying experience quick and easy. I had a very specific car in mind, and Anna Marie was patient as she walked me through the process and showed me all of the car's features. During the entire process, she was personable and honest. As opposed to some other places, there was no back-and-forth haggling, and I was very happy with the overall price and financing.
