We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

I had a 4:15 pm appointment for state emissions test. This was an exceptionally busy service etc. day. The process took a little longer than normal due to a very high volume of customers. In spite of this I felt the service staff did very well. My service advisor, Lucio Luna was very attentive and accommodating After my car was ready I asked him if a noticeable streak I had on my car from several days before could possibly be polished out to reduce it?s appearance. He got a-rag and applied some chemical and rubbed the spot. In a few minutes my car looked perfect. I am grateful for the extra personal touch and help he gave me. As one of the last customers of the day, he could?ve told me to come back another day to evaluate my problem. Instead, he was patient, helpful, and resolved my problem. I would highly recommend the service advisor to everyone.

The dealership is clean and inviting to spend time while waiting on a repair. Staff are friendly and competent. I have always been pleased with the process of evaluating my car for repair needs and that they rate green-yellow- red for prioritizing repairs. I don?t feel pressured on repairs and have no issues once done.

Great customer service, very helpful. I only bout a $10,000 used car from them and they treated me like I was buying a brand new one. I even left my cell phone in the car when we were test driving, Mo said it?s no problem we can go get it. Didn?t get frustrated with me at all. Stayed late to help me finish my paperwork and they were really kind. The financial guy in the back didn?t just accept the terms on my pre approval but he negotiated for a better interest rate so he could get me some GAP coverage. Really nice people and professional. Took my Kia to do a trade in for a brand new Honda CR-V Sport Hybrid. My salesman was Chuck, great gentleman, if you need a new car ask for Chuck and he will take care of you. Easy process to do a trade in and they really listen to you and help you out. My finance guy was awesome and will help you get the best deal.

Your sales personnel were very helpful and attentive knowing this was a first time buyer but your financial personnel was not as considerate or understanding. He would be rude when asked to explain again.
