I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

My overall experience is very good. The facilities clearly indicate that the dealer is very trustworthy with division of labor in all departments of business. The employees are very polite. They know what they are doing. They attempt to give me explanation so as to make me understand. The efficiency of the technicians of the service department has cut down our waiting time to a minimum.

My door handles some times don't work well is hard to open I buy this crv 2022 brand new after 4 months I have this problem

I visited 6 dealerships in a month prior to arriving to Goudy Honda. All other dealers where unwilling to work a deal. As the last dealer on my list, I arrived at Goudy. The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

We got to Buena Park Honda after visiting three other Los Angeles area Honda dealers and leaving all in frustration for various reasons. My wife had been texting with a salesperson at Buena Park who she really liked, though they?d never spoken. When we got there we met Channi in person, she showed up on her day off to get us started and delivered everything she promised with refreshing sincerity and enthusiasm. She?s also made herself available for all our questions 2 days after the purchase. Though the dealership was 40 minutes from our house, it was well worth the trip!

We’d been shopping for a new car for about two weeks and finally decided on a Honda Accord. Most of the dealerships didn’t have the color we wanted. I called Jose at New Century Honda and they had the car available plus they beat the best offer we had received by over $400. When we arrived Jose was friendly and did everything he could to make the buying process painless—which it was (Thank you to the finance guy, Omar, for being informative, thorough and friendly!). Jose not only helped me set up my Apple Play, he told me I could call him with questions anytime. That level of customer service after you’ve already bought the car is unheard of. It was definitely a win-win situation!

Bruce was absolutely wonderful. From the discussion on the phone all the way to the finance office was great!! We bought used and certified. I was between two CRV (one at another dealer) and with the way Bruce was communicating and working for me, I chose correctly. Although, family have visited the new location on Harbor Blvd, this was my first experience. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile from a young person that informed me that someone would be with me soon. Jeremy was pleasant and patient with this old man throughout the process. The Sedona was there for overdue maintenance and it feels great to get it done. There was a pleasant surprise seeing a familiar face in Luiz in the new surroundings.
