Used 2021 Honda CR-V for sale near Glenn Heights, TX

We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. We could not be any happier with how we were treated.

Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

Car gets excellent mileage if you drive sensible. No jackrabbit starts. The only thing that I would have done differently whenpurchasing the car would have been to swap out the Hankook tires (which are terrible) for Michelin tires. I had the same problem with my Honda Odyssey. When I purchased Michelins after I needed new tires the ride improved tremendously.

Courage did an excellent job in the sales experience for the Porsche Cayenne we bought. The only complaint I have is the wait time for the financing to go through. This was due to the fact that it was a 2014 model. But, again, financing experience at any dealer has never been better or worse.

Bought the 2021 in 2022 bran new. First new car I've ever bought and I absolutely love it. Average 35 mpg highway. Inside is roomy and very comfortable. IF I could change one feature it would be connectivity to phone. Have to plug it in to use the android auto. Blue tooth connection is flawless buy its not the same. Also, the tires. I'm currently at 35k miles and need new tires.

I just traded in my 2021 CR-V for a 2023. The ONLY thing I had a complaint about on the 2021, was when you’re stopped at a light and you depress the brake pedal all the way to conserve gas, when you let off of it to start driving, it’s not a smooth transition at all! I know I don’t have to depress the pedal all the way, but I try and save some gas money where I can. Otherwise, absolutely loved this vehicle. That’s why I got a 2023 CR-V.

My sales representative Nume was excellent. She helped me throughout the sales process and afterwards. She made sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase.

I had a 4:15 pm appointment for state emissions test. This was an exceptionally busy service etc. day. The process took a little longer than normal due to a very high volume of customers. In spite of this I felt the service staff did very well. My service advisor, Lucio Luna was very attentive and accommodating After my car was ready I asked him if a noticeable streak I had on my car from several days before could possibly be polished out to reduce it?s appearance. He got a-rag and applied some chemical and rubbed the spot. In a few minutes my car looked perfect. I am grateful for the extra personal touch and help he gave me. As one of the last customers of the day, he could?ve told me to come back another day to evaluate my problem. Instead, he was patient, helpful, and resolved my problem. I would highly recommend the service advisor to everyone.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Everyone was very courteous, friendly, and professional. The dealership was very clean, neat, and well stocked. The environment felt very safe with no pushiness throughout the purchasing process.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

I am very satisfied with the service and quality of the repairs. I was explained what the problem was and recommended other repairs needed but did not pushed me to get them done. They did the repair I went for initially and finish on time as promised

Graph Chevrolet is an awesome place to buy a vehicle. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trax and I had a couple of issues which were minor. Craft Chevrolet was busy at the time. I took my vehicle to clay Cooley Chevrolet and they did two diagnostic tests for an electrical issue and tried to charge me for two tests. I called graph Chevrolet Carlos. The used car sales manager got right on the issue. They paid for the two diagnostic tests that Clay Cooley did Clay Cooley tried to rip me off for a brand new transmission graph Chevrolet did their diagnostic test and one part needed to be cleaned and it needed the transmission fluid changed. That was all I highly recommend. Graph Chevrolet for all your car business from now on. I know they'll get my business from now on when I purchase another vehicle. The sales manager Carlos got on top of everything very fast and even the same day actually I really enjoyed the sales person that we had Jesus. He was very pleasant, not pushy and was a good person to work with. Then. I also spoke with Stephanie in the service department. She was very pleasant. Took time to explain everything to me as to what needed to be done and how fast it would be taken care of and it was done very quickly within a day again Graff Chevrolet is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I even have a family member that is considering purchasing their next vehicle from craft Chevrolet down the line. Had problems at first, but was taken care of by Michael Johnson a service advisor. Mr Johnson listen to my concerns and took charge. He kept in touch with me and when the work was completed I was called to come and pick up my vehicle. I am very satisfied.
