We have only had the CRV for about 7 weeks. It seems to be a great vehicle. But we are still learning all of the features and safety accessories. We purchased it used and there was no owners manual so it’s a try and learn. The salesman was great. The dealership not so much. Would buy the CRV again but at a different dealership

Excellent customer service. The agent expain the detail on the serives. They washed my car at end of service, it was good feeling. Nice and neat waiting place, free coffee.

I hate singing the service for an intermittent issue likely caused by a computer chip, on board computer or software but it a serious issue when the Adaptive Cruise control just locks the brakes up at cruising speeds over 55 MPH. I am hopeful they will eventually figure out the issue. This time I requested they just deactivate Adaptive Cruise as I?m worried about serious injury. The last time the brakes locked up out of the blue, I almost lost control of the vehicle and it slide sideways almost flipping at 70 MPH.

I purchased a used car from this Honda dealership - that was not a Honda. The sales person ?Sep? and manager ?Shawn Anderson? were amazing in their professionalism and customer service from start to finish. The most impressive thing about this dealership and Shawn Anderson, is their ethics! I have never called any dealership ethical in my 40 years of buying cars. The jeep I wanted had an airbag light that came on during test drive. Shawn said they would send it out to a Jeep dealership for repair. He told me they would not sell any car, regardless of make, if it was not 100% at the time of sale. He said it is a David McDavid policy across the board. I asked Shawn if I could sign a waiver and buy the it ?as is?, in the event the issue could not be repaired? - he said no. I am truly impressed with the ethics and professionalism of the staff and management at David McDavid Honda Frisco.

I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax. I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model. I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).

We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. We could not be any happier with how we were treated.

I was searching for a new/used car. I used Cars.com to search for a Toyota Highlander. Carmax in Ft. Worth, TX was one of my choices. The car shown online was EXACTLY as shown when I saw it-the pics and details provided about the car were so accurate, there wasn't a need for alot of "wheeling and dealing". I emailed Carmax regarding my interest, late at night. Not only did I receive an email within 1 hour, the next day I received a phone call from Mr. Ben Arbour, the person who would eventually sale me the car. He walked me through their process, got me pre-approved over the phone, so that all that was left to do when I got to the office was to get the trade-in value on the car I was trading, test drive the new car & sign paperwork to purchase. I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander that was a 1 owner car with approx. 13,700 miles. I recommend Carmax to anyone looking to get another car. They were great!!! The customer service is GREAT!!!

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. Sales staff was friendly and professional. Tiara was especially helpful in showing cars and explaining options. No pressure sales environment made for a good visit to the dealer.

I am new to Vangard. Bought my Kia while living in Indiana. Vangard was able to look up my vehicle and pick up where Ray skillman left off. Looked over my vehicle with their multipoint inspection and surprisingly Sylvia is still in good shape. Friendly staff and very attentive to customer needs. Hated the whole process from the time I received the call til the time I purchased the vehicle. Sales rep Courtenay Royal was pleasant and was only doing his job but there was no way in xxxx I should have been there as long as I was for a cash purchase and there was also no reason for 3 months of bank?s statements should have been requested for a cash purchase and I wasn?t asked for that information until y?all got my cashiers check. Granted i refused to provide that information to y?all bc it wasn?t needed yall just wanted to see if I had the money in the bank as if the cashier check was fake very insulting. 5 stars to the sales rep but not the experience.
