We’d been shopping for a new car for about two weeks and finally decided on a Honda Accord. Most of the dealerships didn’t have the color we wanted. I called Jose at New Century Honda and they had the car available plus they beat the best offer we had received by over $400. When we arrived Jose was friendly and did everything he could to make the buying process painless—which it was (Thank you to the finance guy, Omar, for being informative, thorough and friendly!). Jose not only helped me set up my Apple Play, he told me I could call him with questions anytime. That level of customer service after you’ve already bought the car is unheard of. It was definitely a win-win situation!

We were in the market for a new car , and decided on the Honda CRV Hybrid. Gilbert Jimenez was the first salesman to approach us. We got to Buena Park Honda after visiting three other Los Angeles area Honda dealers and leaving all in frustration for various reasons. My wife had been texting with a salesperson at Buena Park who she really liked, though they?d never spoken. When we got there we met Channi in person, she showed up on her day off to get us started and delivered everything she promised with refreshing sincerity and enthusiasm. She?s also made herself available for all our questions 2 days after the purchase. Though the dealership was 40 minutes from our house, it was well worth the trip!
