Ryan helped me determine that the truck as I wanted was not on any dealer lot so we ordered it. I got EXACTLY what I wanted and he made sure I was properly taken care of regarding all available incentives including ones I was unaware of. He was awesome to work with and did a great job communicating throughout the order process. It was nice working with an actual professional.

We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.
