Although it was a few years ago, there was still some hesitation to visit your dealership BUT I'm glad we gave it another chance. Our experience was great and that's because of the welcoming environment the moment we arrived, the friendliness of the manager and finance person but most of all, the awesome customer service provided by Adie Smith. Austin Ellenberg helped us find the exact Buick Enclave that we wanted. He was very nice to work with and patiently helped us understand all the new features on the 2025 car. His explanations of everything were excellent, and we appreciate his offer to talk with us again about any new questions that we come up with. We also appreciate that he had a new battery installed before we took possession of the car, since the previous extreme cold temperatures had run down the battery while the car was on the lot.

We worked with Kyle Berry and he was so nice. He showed us the trucks we were interested in but was NEVER pushy. Kyle started the trucks to let them cool off before we did our test drive and let us go. Kyle was friendly, informative, knowledgable, and laid-back. We just never felt like he was pushing a truck on us. He listened to what we had to say and responded from there. I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle and Transwest Buick GMC Isuzu.

Rafeal was my contact there and he was great. He went above and beyond to communicate share photos and video and was very transparent. I was here at the dealership a few months ago and I traded in my 2010 challenger on a 2014 challenger. The new one I purchased was an absolute gem. It only had about 600 miles on it. I thought “no way will this get approved” I’ll have to drive two hours back home without the new vehicle. Well I am pleased that I had Vincent and Kurt to help every step of the way.
