I will admit, the first time my husband and I came to your dealership, we felt judged and we left. We took our business elsewhere and bought a new vehicle. Although it was a few years ago, there was still some hesitation to visit your dealership BUT I'm glad we gave it another chance. Our experience was great and that's because of the welcoming environment the moment we arrived, the friendliness of the manager and finance person but most of all, the awesome customer service provided by Adie Smith. Her professionalism and respect played a role in our decision making (it really did). Thank you for making us feel welcome and for the great service Adie. Austin Ellenberg helped us find the exact Buick Enclave that we wanted. He was very nice to work with and patiently helped us understand all the new features on the 2025 car. His explanations of everything were excellent, and we appreciate his offer to talk with us again about any new questions that we come up with. We also appreciate that he had a new battery installed before we took possession of the car, since the previous extreme cold temperatures had run down the battery while the car was on the lot.

One if our best experiences buying a new vehicle. Lot was clean, easily accessible and had available parking. Decent inventory of vehicles to browse and consider. Wasn?t approached by the ?hoard? of sales people. Only one sales person approached us, Tyler. He was friendly, knowledgeable and as low pressure as a sales person could be. Showed us various models after asking us our needs and wants. Did not try to move into the higher priced stuff. Even pulled two exact models with different exterior colors side by side so we could compare. Sales process, which usually is horrific, was pleasant. Some back and forth on rates and terms but not terrible. No high pressure from the finance office, no intimidation, no games. Actually enjoyed the entire process. Would highly recommend AutoNation GMC/ Buick West.

We worked with Kyle Berry and he was so nice. He showed us the trucks we were interested in but was NEVER pushy. Kyle started the trucks to let them cool off before we did our test drive and let us go. Kyle was friendly, informative, knowledgable, and laid-back. We just never felt like he was pushing a truck on us. He listened to what we had to say and responded from there. I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle and Transwest Buick GMC Isuzu.

I was here at the dealership a few months ago and I traded in my 2010 challenger on a 2014 challenger. The new one I purchased was an absolute gem. It only had about 600 miles on it. I thought “no way will this get approved” I’ll have to drive two hours back home without the new vehicle. Well I am pleased that I had Vincent and Kurt to help every step of the way. Between the two, they got me the best deal possible and I got exactly what I wanted. Never any pressure at all from anyone. The whole team there was exceptional to work with.
