I purchased my GMC Terrain from there new in February of 2016 when it was Grossinger.They are the only place that services my truck.My main complaint is that they don?t have any loaners.My terrain was in the shop for over a week and I had to spend more money to rent from Enterprise.I had to pay over $6,000 for repairs plus the rental fee.That really needs to be addressed .

The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. Honestly, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mike was AWESOME from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles I was considering, which helped a lot in making my decision. We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. John O'Connell Was our salesman and we could not have picked a more perfect person to work with. We went in to buy a Yukon AT4, left with the Yukon, and purchased another car from them.
