My husband and I went in looking for a Jeep and Yami was very knowledgeable and helpful the hole transaction went very smoothly. We left happy with our new Jeep and excited for the summer to go on adventures.

One if our best experiences buying a new vehicle. Lot was clean, easily accessible and had available parking. Decent inventory of vehicles to browse and consider. Wasn?t approached by the ?hoard? of sales people. Only one sales person approached us, Tyler. He was friendly, knowledgeable and as low pressure as a sales person could be. Showed us various models after asking us our needs and wants. Did not try to move into the higher priced stuff. Even pulled two exact models with different exterior colors side by side so we could compare. Sales process, which usually is horrific, was pleasant. Some back and forth on rates and terms but not terrible. No high pressure from the finance office, no intimidation, no games. Actually enjoyed the entire process. Would highly recommend AutoNation GMC/ Buick West.

I will admit, the first time my husband and I came to your dealership, we felt judged and we left. We took our business elsewhere and bought a new vehicle. I was here at the dealership a few months ago and I traded in my 2010 challenger on a 2014 challenger. The new one I purchased was an absolute gem. It only had about 600 miles on it. Took my car (2013 Buick) in for service because of a rattle when starting the car. They took the time to listen to my problem and correct it. they were very patient listing to my issue and truly worked hard to make sure it was corrected the first time. they did a great job and i sincerely appreciated their effort.

The service was top-notch. I had a broken mirror and worked with Greg Mudd, who found me a great deal on a mirror, painted it, and installed it, saving me about $350. He was incredibly kind and responsive. It was a great repair experience when I had been anticipating a stressful one.
