I was here at the dealership a few months ago and I traded in my 2010 challenger on a 2014 challenger. The new one I purchased was an absolute gem. It only had about 600 miles on it. I thought “no way will this get approved” I’ll have to drive two hours back home without the new vehicle. Well I am pleased that I had Vincent and Kurt to help every step of the way. We worked with Kyle Berry and he was so nice. He showed us the trucks we were interested in but was NEVER pushy. Kyle started the trucks to let them cool off before we did our test drive and let us go. Kyle was friendly, informative, knowledgable, and laid-back. We just never felt like he was pushing a truck on us. He listened to what we had to say and responded from there. I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle and Transwest Buick GMC Isuzu.

Dave Singh was the tech representative handling the whole communication and repair on my vehicle. He was very professional and responded quickly every single time, I had to brong my vehicle from another shop which was awful and luckily Dave and Mike Marrone changed the overall experience. Took my car (2013 Buick) in for service because of a rattle when starting the car. They took the time to listen to my problem and correct it. they were very patient listing to my issue and truly worked hard to make sure it was corrected the first time. they did a great job and i sincerely appreciated their effort.

The service was top-notch. I had a broken mirror and worked with Greg Mudd, who found me a great deal on a mirror, painted it, and installed it, saving me about $350. He was incredibly kind and responsive. It was a great repair experience when I had been anticipating a stressful one.
