I purchased my GMC Terrain from there new in February of 2016 when it was Grossinger.They are the only place that services my truck.My main complaint is that they don?t have any loaners.My terrain was in the shop for over a week and I had to spend more money to rent from Enterprise.I had to pay over $6,000 for repairs plus the rental fee.That really needs to be addressed .

I purchased A 2025 Buick Envision on March 29, 25 from Chris Leahy. I’m a senior disabled customer and he was most accommodating . He was very helpful and patient explaining all the features the Envision had. He also worked with my son Mike. Chris is a very friendly and considerate. I also worked with Victor Perez who went out of his way and Celeste in finance who was very accommodating and helpful explaining warranties to us. My service was completed in an expeditious manner. The entire service staff was very professional, courteous, and kept us informed as to the status of our vehicle.

I spent a couple of weeks searching online for just the right Cadillac at just the right price and my patients paid off when I found Arnie Bauer Cadillac, and Rowland Laird. Rowland made the entire process, smooth and simple. He had the car detailed and inspected and ready for me when I arrive for the test drive, and was very helpful and professional the entire time. The finance department was very helpful and made it simple to work with my credit union to complete the purchase. I will be going back to this dealership again when I’m ready for my next vehicle in the future.
