After researching various car sales service I found the service, guidance and communication with sales person, Robert to be excellent. He was an asset in searching the AutoNation inventory to find us the best match and value.

We worked with Kyle Berry and he was so nice. He showed us the trucks we were interested in but was NEVER pushy. Kyle started the trucks to let them cool off before we did our test drive and let us go. Kyle was friendly, informative, knowledgable, and laid-back. I was here at the dealership a few months ago and I traded in my 2010 challenger on a 2014 challenger. The new one I purchased was an absolute gem. It only had about 600 miles on it. I thought “no way will this get approved” I’ll have to drive two hours back home without the new vehicle. Well I am pleased that I had Vincent and Kurt to help every step of the way. Took my car (2013 Buick) in for service because of a rattle when starting the car. They took the time to listen to my problem and correct it. they were very patient listing to my issue and truly worked hard to make sure it was corrected the first time. they did a great job and i sincerely appreciated their effort.

One if our best experiences buying a new vehicle. Lot was clean, easily accessible and had available parking. Decent inventory of vehicles to browse and consider. Wasn?t approached by the ?hoard? of sales people. Only one sales person approached us, Tyler. He was friendly, knowledgeable and as low pressure as a sales person could be. Showed us various models after asking us our needs and wants. Did not try to move into the higher priced stuff. Even pulled two exact models with different exterior colors side by side so we could compare. Sales process, which usually is horrific, was pleasant. Some back and forth on rates and terms but not terrible. No high pressure from the finance office, no intimidation, no games. Actually enjoyed the entire process. Would highly recommend AutoNation GMC/ Buick West.
