Overall pleasant experience. I had some issues arise in the purchasing process, but they were all addressed timely and satisfactorily. Nice people to deal with.

Had my 2024 Canyon for exactly one year. Not a single real issue once over the air update was done and that only affected the radio. It was an AT4 in desert sand metallic. I traded it for a 2025 Acadia, as I missed life in an SUV. However if you want a truck, I’d highly recommend it and specifically the AT4 model. It’s got meaty tires for pothole protection, it’s able to tow more than you can imagine, it looks super amazing and you’ll have lots of thumbs up and positive comments when you get gas, etc. updated tech was more than you could ask for. 4WD auto mode worked flawlessly. Engine had a nice little growl that I miss too. Let me say if you are a truck person or want to be a truck person, it’s a perfect mid size truck. Mine was 100% and am missing it yes but love the Acadia because it’s also a great vehicle. Got the AT4 Acadia and for my situation it’s perfect.

When I got there, I was told that the asking price for the car had been increased by $2500 because of some work they had done with the safety systems. I could obtain no more detailed explanation. I ended up buying it based on the originally posted price. I was a bit disturbed, but I know it wasn't the idea of the salesman, but more the idea of the sales manager who knew I was very interested in the car. But the salesman was wonderful, as was the financing guy. (I ended up not getting the extended maintenance or their financing, but he never pushed a thing.) Bought a 2024 AT4 new in March. Now have 11,000 miles with ZERO issues. Absolutely love to drive this truck. Considered Tacoma, Ranger, Frontier, Ridgeline, and Colorado. The Canyon is superior in almost every way. Only negative is that the truck sits tall (9.6 inch ground clearance) so steps are a necessity. However, sitting so high is great for driving. Feels like a full size truck when you sit in it.

They really made this a smooth experience. Especially when it came to the actual purchase of the vehicle. We dealt with Nick as our sales person and he was great at communicating with us and insuring any needs or concerns were addressed.

I traded my 2022 Canyon AT4 for my new 2024 Canyon Denali. Pretty much everything has been improved on this truck. Its a great looking truck with a handsome, top shelf interior and tech. I was worried about going from the 6 cylinder in my 2022 to the new turbo 4 but driving the truck I was surprised by the performance improvement. The engine is quiet, better mannered and more powerful than the V6 and is vastly better for towing my trailer. The truck drives and feels like a full size but its more zippy and easy to park and get around downtown. My only complaint so far is that it has a manual rear window as GMC doesn't offer a power sliding rear window on the Canyon. This was a sticking point for me and the reason I didn't give the truck 5 stars overall.

Hiller Ford customer service was exceptional from salesperson Patrick Greenwell to finance dept. Definitely recommend Hiller Ford this is our second vehicle from them.
