Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

Rep met expectations and was helpful. Facility was clean and had space to wait around while my car was being serviced. Afterwards rep gave me a clear break down of what i needed to get serviced next from most to least important. Was helpful

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

My service manager (Victoria Cruz) was very friendly and professional. I came in for an oil change and my car was ready very quickly. I always have a great experience at Rick Case Hyundai. They give twice the length of warranty and the car itself is a very pleasant surprise in its performance and comfort.

Great car for the money definitely needs the 3.5 motor. Would love it if it had air suspension otherwise love the car. Love the lane change notifications as it forces me to be a better driver because you must use a signal to change lanes orbit stops you

One small inconvenience was the recent implementation of a 3% credit card fee for down payments. Since I?ve always used my credit card before, I had to switch to debit this time. Unfortunately, due to my bank's safety limits, the full amount didn?t go through and I had to return the next business day to complete the transaction. While inconvenient, I completely understand the business decision to pass on merchant fees?something we?re seeing more frequently as companies face increasing financial pressure. Despite all that, what matters most to me is the consistency and integrity of this dealership. I keep coming back because I trust the team, and seeing familiar faces each time is a strong sign that Global Imports BMW values its staff?something that reflects directly in the customer experience. I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

I visited the ALM Marietta,GA location. They have a HUGE inventory and many brands of imports and domestic vehicles. My sales rep Malik was absouletly fantastic!!! He was patient with me as I looked at sev-eral vehicles. He educated me on them all. The finance fella Cesar had me approved in mins! I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

Bought a 3.5 six in May and it’s awesome. The driving assist has been a pleasant experience. Not one on every corner still a new kid on the block

Overpriced but definitely Superior comfort and exquisite styling. Some obvious shortcomings from a design and Engineering standpoint. One in particular that drives me crazy is the poor design and functionality of the gas cap area. I cannot believe a vehicle in 2023 with a price tag of around $80,000 does not have a locking mechanism on the gas cap cover and the fact that you have to push to open it from the outside, as well as the cheap feel and Design Within, is mind blowing and very disappointing

Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

All I can say is this car is beautiful. I purchased this car slightly used after upgrading my 09 genesis and have no regrets. It is smooth, packed with technology and features, unique and a head turner. Although Genesis is still fighting for its respect you will soon find out that this is just as good if not better than its rivals.
