Used 2013 Ford Taurus for sale near Warren, MI

I have bought 2 used cars from Roy O’Brien and have been extremely satisfied with my purchases and the customer service that they provide. I will be buying all of my cars from Roy O’Brien.

2013 Taurus bought with 18,000 as a "dealer car". Now has 220,000 miles and have replaced nothing but shocks, brakes, battery, wipers, tires. Original alternator, water pump, air cond, steering, trans, engine - NO major expenses whatever.. Would run over 10,000+ miles with no need to add oil if you chose to do such a thing. Starts, runs, drives extremely well. Wife isn't scared to drive on 200 mile trips alone. Suspension is a little loose but what do you expect! This car has provided , and continues to provide outstanding performance.

Great reliable car love it I had no problems with this car it rides smooth I will recommend this car to anyone. To anyone that buys a used car will have some problems but this car is great

This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

I owned the Ford 2013 Limited trim Taurus. It was a great car, had her for nearly 4 years.Only thing I wish was different with the car was exterior styling that seemed to fade, especially the chrome trim which seemed to deteriorate and become loose over the past couple years (keep in mind I kept my vehicle in the garage all of the time so it was never worn down by the elements for a long duration).

I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. She was on the ball, super attentive, and knew everything about the Ranger and Ford's other offerings. Rachel made sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions like a pro. Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. The rest of the Serra Ford crew was fantastic too. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. I walked in and felt right at home. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. They explained all the different options, safety features, and cool tech stuff. All in all, I can't recommend Serra Ford enough. This car msrp was 31,995. I bought it brand new for 22,000 after all rebates and discounts. Car has been great, interior, exterior, performance, and reliable. However, my internal water pump went out at 144,000 miles and it was 2,300 to fix at the dealership. I often have to change brakes and rotors, about every 15,000 miles or so. It could be my driving. I was told I am an aggressive driver before. Besides that the car is good. If you are planning to buy this car with over 150,000 miles, make sure the water pump has been replaced. Oh, I had to fix the AC once.

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

Miles was great, He knew the product and helped me with programing the various features. Miles went out of the way to get my car cleaned and prepped for a quick delivery. My buying experience was quick and Miles was very nice to deal with.
