We were looking for a new vehicle via internet searches and were met with a surprisingly nice reply from a salesman at Bell Ford, Mike Kovacs. Mike sent us an introductory video of who he was and featured a new car that met our needs thst was in-stock at the dealership. Wow! Never had that happen before. It truly felt like a personal invitation. We changed our plans and stopped by Bell Ford, met Mike and a few other staff members, saw the car, cut a good deal, and drove home in a new car. The experience was very rewarding from start to finish.

Great buying experience. Never any pressure and very upfront. And first free oil change. They picked up my vehicle, did the oil change, fixed a recall and brought it back to my office! Great dealership, great people and great service!

I have purchased many vehicles over the years in different states. Today, I just purchased my 3rd new vehicle with Peoria Ford. Hands down by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with Nick and Jim multiple times and I have to say, they amaze me every time. I live approximately 59 miles away from the dealership. My wife hates going to the dealership and waiting...thats just the nature of the beast. What Peoria Ford has done for me speaks volume!!! Not once, but twice, they went out of their way, delivered my new truck to my home, and brought the paperwork for my wife to sign!! This is the ultimate in customer service. Words can not describe how excellent these people have been to me and this dealership. I will not even look at another dealership as long as these two are still at Peoria Ford. I recently purchased a preowned Chevrolet Tahoe. I came up from Tucson and the sales representative came into work on his day off to help me. The vehicle was ready when I arrived. We did a test drive, he gave me the price of the car, no haggling, straight forward quote, financed, DONE! I drove the car back to Tucson that night and love my new ride! TLDR: Great price on used F150. Price on cars.com was the honored sales price. No crazy dealer add-ons. Even with financing, I was in and out in about an hour. Great experience. Worked with Chelsea. Texted and e-mailed ahead to inquire about online price and any silly add-ons. She confirmed. I was still half suspect until I saw the contract and it was all in order. Nothing like the hundreds or $1000+ some dealers add for "refurbish fees" or "protective coating" and such. Got a little pressure from financing for the warranty and had to say no several times, but I expected as much. In all, it was a very straightforward, stress-free, quick buying experience and I'd definitely consider buying there again.

Tim Beal is my new service advisor at Chapman Ford because my service advisor (also Chapman) retired. Tim is awesome! He makes sure everything is perfect with my Mustang. It needed some engine work, and he stayed in touch with me and made sure all parts and equipment were new factory parts... nothing but the best! My Mustang has 80,000 miles, and it runs like a new car!! Tim is great, and all the employees at Chapman Ford are EXCELLENT!

Filip in service really listened to me when I said there was something wrong with my vehicle and when the tech who test drove it couldnt recreate the issue, he took the car out and was able to recreate the issue. They fixed the issue and found something else wrong, luckily the repairs were covered by warranty! Filip kept me informed throughout the process and answered all my questions. Only drawback of the experience was the length of time it took to get a service appointment, but the service itself was stellar!

Brought my truck in for service with Jim, He got everything done I needed done quickly and for a great price! I always go to Jim.
