I had an absolutely incredible experiencing purchasing my new Raptor. My salesperson art Lavigne did an incredible job making my purchase happen. His knowledge, thoroughness, and helpfulness, made the buying process very easy. But his incredible follow-through made my purchase pain-free.

Found a vehicle through online research at Walker Ford. I reached out to them and was immediately contacted by Keith. Keith knows the vehicles very well and was able to walk me through everything. Since this is a long distance transaction, Keith took narrated videos of the vehicle And sent to me for review. Keith is very responsive in his communications as is the rest of his team. So far so good, I should take delivery of the vehicle in the next couple of days after I complete paperwork and send them the money :)

I went in for a maintenance, "the Works", a recall, and a break issue.Communication was excellent, work was done professionally and expeditiously! Thanx!

The owner and staff of this dealership is just amazing. They took someone, me, that has been broken down, washed to the side and discarded (due to my injuries in Iraq and what I needed to go to get myself better) and they changed my life today. They gave me a chance and got me approved when no one else would. The owner had me in tears when he got me approved. I have had horrible luck sense I was injured in Iraq in 2008 and sense then it seemed to be a downward spiral for me and today Veterans Ford of Tampa CHANGED MY LIFE and got me into the vehicle of my dreams and for that I’m in their debt. It’s not to often that someone opens their heart, a business, and works so hard to make dreams happen. Today Veterans Ford made this little, 6’7” tall 🤣, veterans dream come true. I can not thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart. They worked so HARD and made it happen and I’m forever grateful. The three hour drive was COMPLETELY WORTH IT! Other than a hiccup in the beginning I Gotta give a Big shout out to Veteran's Ford, they did a very nice thing today because of the confusion and I am very appreciative as the team at this place are Great, so once again Thank you to Lorenzo, Brian and Travis :) great team!!

I returned several days later to pick up the vehicle and Kent wasn't in, but Jose stepped up to help complete the deal and made sure I got the truck and went over all the details of the truck's operation. I had a wonderful experience with this car dealership, and with mr.Dough Gerhardt in particular. I contacted them by e-mail to enquiry about a ford Mustang convertible, and I received prompt reply. They didn’t have the exact model I was looking for, but mr. Dough worked promptly with me in finding the vehocle and offering me the best price on the market. He answered all of my numerous questions (as a first car buyer you can only imagine that I had quite a few LOL) and very curteously offered me the assistance I needed, without being pushy. I ended up buying another vehicle at a dealership closer to me, especially because they were offering a special on an unlimited warranty, but I just wanted to let everybody know that I wouldn’t hesistate one second to get back with him if I needed another car today. What a great experience! Very good and fair business! My sales lady, Jacquline, was so professional and yet genuinely friendly and I felt very comfortable. Everything was very up front and honest with her, the sales floor manager, Stephen, and the financial manager, Robert. The manager, Gary, was very personable and professional as well. They found me a lender and a program to fit my budget. I was expecting a long day with a lot of hiccups but they all worked together to make the process as smooth as possible and it all came together in a very reasonable amount of time. I'd like to mention that a few employees there are veterans or have generations of veterans in their family and that dedication to our veterans/country is just another reason I will be coming back to give them my business and refer others.
