I have a 2016 F350 XLT 4x4 single rear wheel with the 6.2 gas. It has ample power and has been 100% reliable with slightly over 100K miles on it. I have a Palamino truck camper and pull a 16' tandem axle trailer with two ATV. The big complaint is the gas mileage which struggles empty to get over 10 mpg, maybe on a long trip on Interstate keeping it at 65-70 mph, 11 mpg. With my load more typically 8 mpg. As was expected for a one ton, empty it has no suspension. Even on a brand new asphalt overlaid road, the ride is rough.

2016 ford F350 supercab SRW 6.7 Diesel has all the power you need plus some. Would recommend it you anyone looking for a tow vehicle.

I bought an Alfa Romeo SUV recently from R21 Motorsports. After 4 days I began experiencing engine trouble. I also purchased an extended warranty with the car, a practice I would recommend for ANY car purchase NOWADAYS. The warranty broker Nick S. worked tirelessly with the dealer to work out a solution that worked for all parties involved. This was an unfortunate situation, but to Tad and the dealership's credit they stood behind the product they sold and worked out a solution that was fair for all parties involved. Based on my experience with a difficult situation that they stepped up on, I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from R21.

I love this truck. Power is great and quiet. The premium sound system is the best stock system i have ever heard. Interior styling great and so functiional . Built to last a real work horse.

They made the process as quick as possible. Unfortunately, I didn't test the retractable sun roof shade because it is shot and needs replacement...don't know how much that will be. Check engine light came on. Don't know if they blew out the code so it wouldn't show, but thermostat needs replaced and NOT cheap! Price was decent, but not happy about deficiencies.

I drove by here on my to another dealer. I didn't realize the dealership was there (not from the area originally) and I turned around to see what they had. There was no haggling, no debating, no arguing, no lying, no cheating, no stealing-all things you can expect at some dealers. These guys were all top notch individuals who I could hang out with all day every day. I felt a bond with Mitzy, the dog who kept trying to untie my shoes. Maybe she was persuading me to stay and buy a car? That's exactly what I did. I bought a three-year-old Jeep at a good price with a good interest rate. I wasn't expecting to actually buy a car there, let alone finance one, but I did and my wife is thrilled with her new Jeep. I highly recommend Lou Dominion's Deals On Wheels Benton Harbor location. If his two other locations are anything like this one, you won't go wrong at any of them. I also highly recommend Phil the salesman. He's the real deal, a genuine, honest to goodness human being. No games from this guy and I respect that entirely. If you've read this far, you know I'm pretty satisfied with everything. I am. My salesman, Dave, was outstanding from the very beginning of the contact and sale. I believed he was honest and represented the company well. He and I agreed on a price over the phone, and I accepted it. Before the purchase was completed, I was engaged by another dealer with a lower price. However, I chose to stay with Dave because of his integrity and my belief that a deal is a deal.

In early 2021, I ordered a Bronco 2 door. I was warned that the order would most likely be pushed to a 2022 model. I told the salesman that I understood. Of course, that happened; no biggy. However, what I did not expect was for the 2022 order to be pushed to 2023. My salesman was very polite each time I reached out requesting an update. Once delivered, the team prepped and delivered my Bronco in record time.

I was hesitant visiting this Dealer W/ all of the negative reviews, however, they advertised a vehicle which 8 was interested in . The sales person assigned 2 me, Mrs. Anesthesia, was very friendly & extremely helpful, part of the 4 stars i gave them. Upon my request, the Dealer had a mechanic 2 run a diagnostic test 2 ensure there were no codes active( thank U). My 2 biggest complaints are: 1. They didn't detail or clean the vehicle 4 me. They said it would be detailed, however, it wasn't. 2. Most car Dealers will fill up the gas tank, & clean up the vehicle, while you are completing the sales paperwork. Victory Auto only filled up to a half of tank... The car runs good so far, & after I cleaned it up after driving home, the car is a very nice looking car... I'm not sure how, when, ir why all of the negative comments, but my experience, except for the gas & detailing, was quite pleasant.. Carter, J
