Our experience was 5star! We picked this dealership because they had such a huge selection of F450 diesel trucks. From the moment we arrived and was approached by salesman DW, our experience only got better. He was knowledgeable, attentive and took great care of all of our needs. I found a Bronco on Woody Folsom Fords Website on a Friday night. My husband got in touch with a salesman the next morning to make sure it was still available. It was, so I headed to Baxley to check it out. When I arrived the Bronco was sitting out front, all washed and ready for a test drive. I decided to make the purchase. Very upset that when I bought my truck was never told I had to bye a oil treatment after 15000 miles witch cost me 89. Dollars on my next oil change to keep my oil changes for life I was not told that when I bought my truck I think that’s crap not happy about that and don’t intend on paying for the oil treatment.

Salesperson really tried to help me, but I felt the trade for my 22 elevation with less than 25,000 miles was too low for what I was trying to purchase. That number was under 50 thousand for the new purchase. The trade was still below about 2-3 thousand less than other dealerships in town, but at least they tried. I just can’t go into a thousand dollars a month vehicle and still have to do insurance etc. I don’t often find vehicles that just yell at me, and just wish between the dealer ship and my bank things could have come together
