Very good experience with Grapevine Ford/Lincoln service dept on 3/22/25. Heath was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, and from my description of problems, he knew exactly what the issue was. He was in constant contact with the mechanic and me, with diagnosis, cost for repairs and time frame for completion. Even had the car washed after.
