Once again Sunrise Ford provided excellent repair service. Scheduled recommended services were done on my 2007 Ford Explorer and they were all done professionally and no issues. In addition, Service Advisor Nick Soriano was very knowledgeable in handling the services needed for my Ford. He was also very easy to discuss with concerning future recommended services for my Ford and what they entail and costs.

I have gone back to this dealership four times to do business and I will keep going back. The sales people are very easy going and professional. Any question I ask is answered. There is no haggling with prices but do whatever they can to get you a good deal. This is where I also service my Ford vehicles and they are also great and get the service done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership.

Fusion Hybrid 2016, car had major issue at idle. Ford said it was due to bad tranny. It seems to run good after a very expensive repair. Tranny has a 3 year warranty, unlimited miles.
