Used 2013 Ford F-150 trucks for sale near North Oaks, MN

My wife and I came in to look at two vehicles. We were surprised that the General Manager was the one to greet us while I was looking under the first vehicle. Steve was very polite and introduced himself and asked what they could do to help. We had a short conversation and then he grabbed a sales associate, Nick, and both were very accommodating and patient with our inquiries about the used vehicles. They provided hard copies of everything from the Carfax to their own vehicle inspection report for us to review. They were also accommodating while we left to discuss and then came back to have an offsite third-party pre-purchase inspection done on one of the vehicles. We came back with no real issues and closed the sale. We were even the last ones out the door a few minutes after hours. Both Steve and Nick were both there to see us off in our new, to us at least, vehicle. Would defiantly not hesitate to look at Walser again as the service earned my repeat business.

Great buy, maintenance package of good quality more of why I trust ford. Flex fuel a great idea reliable cooling and heating. Oh and tires nitrogen flourishes ideas other dealerships.

Purchased new in 2013 crewcab with big engine.11 years later and 80,000 highway miles still runs like new. Minor electrical problems and battery drainage when first purchased. Nearly zero problems in 9 years. Great truck!

I absolutely love my new to me 2013 F150. I am a bit frustrated that the engine light came on after 2 days of owning (for reference: 134k miles). Turns out it's a catalytic converter code, which can be cleared, but I am sure the dealership was aware of the issue. So, although I'll be able to clear code and pass emissions-this time. I will need to address the problem sooner vs. later. 99% love this truck. If there was anything I would change it would be the steering column; I wish it either lifted or extended. With my short legs the cab feels a bit snug. Other than that, a VERY nice pickup.

I came in to look at a 2018 Challenger. The first salesman I talked to was Sean. He took down my information and gave me the keys for a test drive. When I pulled back into the lot, I started going through the car. There was no sales pressure pitces at all and Sean pretty much left me alone so I could thoroughly look at the car. I slept on it and returned the next day. It was Sean's day off so Scott let me take it out for a final test drive. I liked the car and Scott walked me through all the paperwork. Had my car in for service at Hastings Ford for new tires and some repairs etc. Nicole, the service advisor, was wonderful. She has great communication and kept me updated with progress of repairs. Nicole also handled all of the communication and dealing with the warranty company, which I really appreciated. It was really helpful having just one service advisor to work with and ended up liking that the service department was smaller and not as hectic as others. I really appreciate having my “go to lady” in the service dept. 😊
