New and used 2025 Ford Explorer SUVs for sale near Bostonia, CA

I have purchased two new trucks from Aaron Ford so far. The purchasing experience went smoothly with no problems. I have left a review previously on that. This review is about the service department. I needed the towing (7 pin harness) checked before I went on a camping trip. I was getting an overload-no brake warning on my brake controller with the trailer connected the morning we were to leave. I knew it was the truck Or the trailer. I had no way of testing the truck. I took a chance and went to Aaron Ford and told them of my situation. Fortunately for me I met the Shop Foreman Billy Simmons on his way into work. I spoke with him and described my situation and problem. In a short time he came out and tested the 7 pin connector and found that it was functioning correctly. That was a big relief. At least I knew the issue was with the trailer and I could take care of that. I really appreciated his taking the time to help me out. He did not have to do that but it says a lot of his customer service. Thanks Billy!

This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

Alfonso and Shawn and everyone at Aaron Ford were great! Very informative and respectful of our time. It was important to me that the salesperson not use high pressure tactics. These guys didn’t at all. They were effective at getting the job done. Thanks for a solid experience.

This is my third Explorer…and this time I chose the Platinum edition. The exterior is about the same but with some very tasteful updates to the rear taillights and front grill. The interior is dramatically improved with a variety of materials used throughout. The larger touchscreen is easy to use. This is the first Android based platform and it is easy to use and worked seamlessly with Apple CarPlay. The Blue Cruise auto-driving feature is very impressive- and once you get over the hesitation of letting the car steer itself is very useful especially on long interstate trips. All in all this is the best Explorer I’ve had.

Aaron Ford of Poway is Outstanding! We moved recently and are fairly new to the area. It was our second time servicing our Ford 2021 Bronco Sport at Aaron Ford Poway. We had a few other Ford dealerships to choose from and are happy we didn’t. Service department Eddie Ruiz makes it all worth while. He’s polite, professional, and communicates well with you. I recently purchased a 2024 Ford Escape from Aaron Ford of Poway. The process went quite smoothly, but because it was a used vehicle with very low mileage, we had a few technicalities that came up during the process. I was surprised and pleased when the dealership GM, Vishal, reached out to my husband and I to have us into his office. He wanted to go over the details of the purchase and to make sure we were happy and comfortable with the transaction and purchase of our new vehicle. I typically dread the car buying experience, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff and management at Aaron Ford of Poway made my husband and I feel like valued customers and we are happy to have worked with this establishment on our most recent vehicle purchase.
