New and used 2025 Ford Explorer for sale near Gila Crossing, AZ

Filip in service really listened to me when I said there was something wrong with my vehicle and when the tech who test drove it couldnt recreate the issue, he took the car out and was able to recreate the issue. They fixed the issue and found something else wrong, luckily the repairs were covered by warranty! Filip kept me informed throughout the process and answered all my questions. Only drawback of the experience was the length of time it took to get a service appointment, but the service itself was stellar!

This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

Very quick, communicative and efficient. I drive my kids around a lot and also just went to across state. I am going through a crazy part of my life and they just have a way of making me feel like that part doesn't define me. They are very caring and supportive while remaining professional. They got my oil change scheduled quickly and the work done in a timely manner. You couldn't ask for more from a dealership, honestly. 10 stars! Thank YOU!

This is my third Explorer…and this time I chose the Platinum edition. The exterior is about the same but with some very tasteful updates to the rear taillights and front grill. The interior is dramatically improved with a variety of materials used throughout. The larger touchscreen is easy to use. This is the first Android based platform and it is easy to use and worked seamlessly with Apple CarPlay. The Blue Cruise auto-driving feature is very impressive- and once you get over the hesitation of letting the car steer itself is very useful especially on long interstate trips. All in all this is the best Explorer I’ve had.

Gregory was very patient in helping my parents pick a truck for his Birthday he went on 5 test drives until my dad felt he had found the right truck. Go find your new truck with camelback ford!

TLDR: Great price on used F150. Price on cars.com was the honored sales price. No crazy dealer add-ons. Even with financing, I was in and out in about an hour. Great experience. Worked with Chelsea. Texted and e-mailed ahead to inquire about online price and any silly add-ons. She confirmed. I was still half suspect until I saw the contract and it was all in order. Nothing like the hundreds or $1000+ some dealers add for "refurbish fees" or "protective coating" and such. Got a little pressure from financing for the warranty and had to say no several times, but I expected as much. In all, it was a very straightforward, stress-free, quick buying experience and I'd definitely consider buying there again.

Bob K was a great person to deal with , but finance man tried to shove extended warranty plans down you throat , he needs to back off, and not try to play confusing game to sneak them into the deal, also to many sales people like vultures in the lot when you arrive, all were very polite but intimidating

Great experience at San Tan Ford, went to the dealership to take a look at a used 2020 Ford Raptor truck they had on their lot. After meeting with Rex, who did a great job, we were able to make a deal, and I went home with a new truck. Andrew in the finance department did an excellent job at clearly explaining everything and made the financing process as easy as possible. If you are looking for a friendly, low pressure experience..then Surprise Ford should be your first stop. Working with Dan D (sales) and Josh (finance) you are going to find a pleasant vehicle shopping experience. We were shopping for an Explorer (2017-2019). We traveled to Chandler, Mesa, various parts of Phoenix, shopped online and didn't find anything that fit in our budget. If we did the vehicle was in horrible condition (sight and smells). We wasted time again and again test driving vehicles that the sales team wouldn't work with us on price. ..even though they knew our cash cap before the test drive. Finally a friend suggested to take a ride out to Surprise Ford..sure what's one more dealership, right? What we found wasn't just a dealership, but a team working to get us what we wanted, work within our budget and make sure we were satisfied with our decision. We bought a 2017 Explorer XLT. Yes the vehicle can pretty much sell itself, but the staff at Surprise Ford gave that personal and professional touch that made the decision to buy that day the right one for us. Yes...I am still charmed by that new car smell, but I have not second guessed where I purchased from for even a second. No buyers remorse here. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle...take a ride out to Surprise Ford at the 303 and Waddel. Yes it's a little far for some...but it's more than worth your time
