I recently bought Toyota RAV4 from Germain Ford and unfortunately had my CEL on after driving it for a month or two. Fortunately, I had some months of service warranty from them so I called them about the issue and explained things to them and they had me scheduled for a service at a certified Toyota Dealership nearby and promised to take care of the cost and payments involved in servicing the car. Kudos to James from the service team at Germain who led with the paperwork and communication with the dealership making sure everything was settled and taken care of after the service. Just a standard oil change and tire rotation. However I had some unexpected problems occur that prevented me from making my appointment as scheduled.
