car performes well , overall satisfied with it , but it has a rust issue ! rust under the rear wheel frame on both sides , rust under the rear lift gate , chrome on the wheel reems peeling .

Lots to like about the Escape: Decent gas mileage, performance and looks. Very reliable. Downsides: terrible traction in the snow, poor performance. I would recommend this vehicle if you're looking basic transportation.

I had a stripped lug. I purchased the lug nut and stud, they replaced it no charge. Much appreciated.

I bought this car from someone with 35k miles on it. Keep in mind it is a 2011. I have had no problems at all. I love the car. It looks great and surly runs so well.

My husband and I worked with James Meek. He was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to give us the best experience. Before we arrived he had a lot of our info already put together. While we sat at his desk we had the best conversations. He was really down to earth and super easy to talk to. We had our autistic son with us whom most ppl don't engage with but James spoke to him like a person and answered his 100 questions with out hesitation or aggravation towards him at all. That's very uncommon from most ppl. He was truly amazing! James even called us the moment our new plate hit his desk so we could come pick it up right away! If you are looking for a new or used car I most definitely recommend going to Shea and most definitely recommend you asking for James if you want a smooth and simple transition into getting your new vehicle!. On a side note the facility was beautiful, the wall with the TV was super amusing and they had a snack display that James let our son enjoy!! Thank you James and Shea mega east!! We leased this 2011 Escape brand new and bought it at the end of the lease. It is older body style with the fold flat seats. I loved it for its versatility. The back seats folded flat which was great for taking my dogs with me everywhere we went. It was also great for hauling stuff. This may have been my favorite car of all time. I sold it with 110,000 miles.

I'm used to a small compact and this is fine but uses more gas. The trade-off in room and comfort is fine. I would recommend it to a friend.

This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.
