Owned it for a couple weeks now and it has been flawless. Way better looking than the Blazer EV. Considered waiting for the Cadillac Optiq, but decided that this was too good of a deal to pass up. Definitely did not want to miss the $7500 rebate or the other two that were in effect. My first AWD but my 6th electric or hybrid. Best by far.

I stopped by to see what Willis uses for scratch marks. Isaac dropped what he was doing, got a product and took the time to apply it on my car. It worked which was great but what really impressed me was his willingness to take the time to help me. I could not ask for better customer service - he treated me like I was the most important customer Willis has. Isaac is an example of the fine people who work at there. We worked with Pat Crane. Although we knew we wanted a somewhat bigger vehicle and one with AWD, we let him make suggestions. He valued our insights and comments. He was knowledgeable about the industry and new developments. Pat also let us talk through our payment options, including my husband?s question about paying cash (which we didn?t do). We bought a Chevy Equinox and are happy with our purchase. We were also treated with professionalism in the payment department. We would do business with Bob Brown again.

My Equinox EV has exceeded expectations. It is stylish, roomy and has more than enough power. Charging at home is a breeze and charging on the road takes time and good planning. I highly recommend recommend this car.

Great professional and friendly service, again. We needed to purchase four new tires for our Traverse. We were advised to pulled into the service bay upon our arrival, which we did. We selected the tires that we wanted to purchase. It was suggested by Karl Chevrolet's Service Advisor Levi Overton, that perhaps the Traverse's alignment should also be check and we agreed. The Traverse was ready for us about mid-morning the next day, earlier than what it was scheduled to be completed. Also the alignment did need to be adjusted. They did a great job for us, again.

Great car for commuting and local use. Fast charging isn't quick but still practical for occasional long trips. After 1.5 years, not one problem. Fun to drive and quiet smooth operation. My first Chevy and I am impressed. Note that in very cold weather, EV range drops about 25%. This is true with most all EV's. This isn't an issue for daily use. For long trips, you will need to charge a little more often. In warm weather I get between 260 and 300 mile range.

After moving from Newton to the DesMoines area I had to find a more convenient dealership then Gregg Young in Newton. That dealership is Shottenkirk of Waukee. The last service I had done was with my grandsons truck. He had had the oil changed at Bob Browns in Urbandale. Yesterday it was warm and dry enough he was going to change it himself. Something he has done in the past. He couldn?t get the top off of the oil filter canister. It?s a 3016 GMC Canyon with the V-6. Called me for help. The top of the cap , you put a socket on it and turn the cap off , had twisted off and now broken the cap. I tried several times. Finally called Shottenkirk for help and told to bring it right in. They spent several hours and finally found the tool that would remove the top from the canister. Thinking at Bob Brown dealership that the tech in their service lane had torqued the top down. Needless to say this was a very expensive oil change. Also I sure that my grandson will now be using Shottenkirk as his preferred dealer/repair shop

I have purchased new vehicles from a number of dealers in the overall region. Frankly, none of them have been as easy to deal with and take delivery from as Granger. Yes, it was a bit of a drive from NW Wisconsin to the Iowa location. But the ease of ordering, keeping track of the status, working with finance and taking delivery more than made up for that convenience. And I can't say enough positive about Chip and Shelby. They really went out of their way to facilitate the entire experience. Again - kudos to them all.

I'm so glad I discovered your dealership through the Ford Truck Enthusiasts forum. From the time I was picked up at the airport to the time I was driving home in my new truck was less than 2 hours. The next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle, my first choice will be Granger.

I have owned it for 3 months now and gone 10,000 miles. I have driven it in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Ontario. I have easily found charging stations and just line it up with lunch or dinner. Car has a few quirks but it is to be expected for the first EV model. Car rides beautifully and Blue Cruise is awesome (had a few times where it would make me keep the hands on the wheel when I didn't think it should). I haven't had range anxiety because most Targets, Meijers and Walmarts have fast charging. Almost all dealerships do as well. Ford is also sending a free Tesla converter which will just add to the availability of charging stations. My only drawbacks on the car so far is the back windshield is hard to keep clean and the windshield wiper is too small. I also wish the car recorded with all the cameras it has on it like the Teslas. Lastly, the plastic on the B Pillars look crazy with the oils from people's hands. Really hard to clean.

Performance is amazing...instant acceleration to 60mph. The controls require a steep learning curve. Still trying to figure all the icons out. Could be much easier if they actually allowed several screens to access the same control where the definition easily fits in more than one place...so we don't have to search to find it. Charging time on 120 is unacceptable. 56 hours to charge up from 20%.
