Used Dodge Viper for sale near Milton, FL

First off, understand that this is a purpose-built vehicle. It wasn't made to cart your grandmother around on a Sunday afternoon or pick up groceries. This is a race car. The interior is very plain, it has only what it needs. There is no cup holder, and the roof is bubbled for helmets, for Pete's sake. While sitting in the driver's seat, you are in a cockpit. Everything is where it needs to be, within reach. There is no dead pedal, only room for your three racing pedals. That being said, the car actually is pretty comfortable. I drove it 12 straight hours home after buying it. No issues with comfort. I'm 6'2" and have plenty of leg room. I did, however, purchase a seat lowering kit to buy myself a little head room. The car has torque for days. It doesn't care what gear you are in, zero F's are given. Very fun to drive, and turns heads like crazy. I am a little biased, as this is my dream car. It wasn't purchased just as a fun vehicle, it was purchased to fulfill a dream.

I was recently at classic cars of Sarasota and found the receptionist very friendly as well as the manager. There are many interesting cars in various price ranges. Most were in good to excellent condition. It was a very positive experience.

I was visiting my son this week and decided to check out Gulf Coast Motor Works. I walked in and was greeted by a polite young man who asked if he could assist me. I told him I was just going to browse and take in the super cars etc… He said “no problem enjoy.” After looking at a fleet of beautiful vehicles I was getting ready to leave when an old man came in and said to the young salesman “how much will you give me for this car.” The car was an early 2000’s Chrysler convertible. Nice snap, low miles, but obviously not a vehicle that this dealership would specialize in. Nevertheless the young salesman asked him a few questions and then actually went outside and looked at a vehicle. The old man realized he was in the wrong type of car dealer and asked where he could sell his old car. The young salesman mentioned Carmax etc…. Then the other salesman came out and took some photos and spoke with the man. I have no idea if they were just entertaining him or possibly trying to help him sell his car? What I do know is that these two salesman did not ignore me when I came in nor did they blow off this old man with an obviously an expensive older vehicle. They demonstrated excellent customer service and if I were in the market for a high-end vehicle or supercar this is the first dealership I would go to based solely on how they treated me and the attention and respect they showed the customer. Congratulations guys you demonstrated what true salesmen ought to be. Good luck!

This car does everything great. Its great looking,very fast,stops and handles fantastic. It rides firm in street mode,not harsh as some testers said. The seats are very comfortable. In race mode, it is harsh riding,but that is for the track. The shifter is very positive,with short throws. The never ending power of the V10 is almost scary. The fit and finish of the car is great. It draws a lot of attention,so I have to watch out for other drivers drifting over to me as they take pictures, one hand on the wheel,one on the camera. A lot of thumbs up and pointing. Always someone wanting to take pictures when you park it. I can work on it myself,something you cant do on other exotic supercars. Also,you dont see one on every corner.

Somewhat hard to enter and exit, but isn't that expected from a race car? This car is brutally fast and handles like a go cart. The all leather wrapped interior is stunning and the side gills scream V-10 VIPER. This car attracts attention and is absolutely beautiful. Among the fastest production cars made in the USA. Truly an American Super Car!!

Out of state buyer and had a great experience with Devin at Mark Motors. Bought a 458 Italia with A customer service. Price wasn't over inflated and was just right. When the car was delivered to me, there was a small curb rash on one of the wheel and a missing 2nd key, but Devin took care of that for me without question. I've owned my 2006 Viper coupe for 5 years now and still absolutely love it !! The car's handling is unbelievable!! I e gone 193 mph and I know it still has more to give.

This is one extremely fast car that draws attention where every you go. It's a pure enjoyment to drive. One of the best priced Vipers on the market. At this price, this car will not be around long as the temperatures increase. I really enjoyed having this car but I have out grown the car show phase of my life.

This is the forth Viper roadster I've owned ('1994, 2000, 2003, 2005) and no complaints about any of them. I love the "wow" comments I get when people see the Viper. Corvettes, although great cars also, are a common site everywhere you go. Not true with the Viper. I also love the rear wide track and bodacious rear tires. There may be more comfortable and higher H.P. sports cars, but none as good looking, worry free, cheaper to maintain/repair or fun to drive. I believe the Viper gives you the most bang for your buck.

Fast and Professional. Purchased for 650 miles away. Flew in and drove away about an hour later. Truck was prepped and ready to roll. Great price! Outstanding experience. Would do it again. Highly recommended.

Raw performance, timeless style, and a reasonable price. There are other options out there, but I don?t think any of them truly compare to the Viper!

I absolutely love it! This is my second 3rd gen viper, and am only selling it to get a 5th gen. It is so much fun, I love the way it looks, though I understand that's personal preference. The only things I've found is interior quality isnt as good as many modern cars, so thing like power window switches and door handles tend to fail more commonly. These things are tiny prices to pay for what you get in return. If you are looking for a comfortable gt car, this may not be for everyone, but I love traveling in it. If you considering this, I highly recommend you do it.

Great communication, easy to work with. Fair price. Preston was very responsive and accommodating. I was driving in from over 2 hours away and it was extremely cold out. He had both trucks that I was interested in waiting for me right out front and a summary of each truck’s equipment printed out so I could easily compare the 2.

Fast car drove it 162mph in fifth gear. It has 6 gears. Negative about the car is that the door window seals are broken comming apart and you hear wind on the highway. Transmission is very noisy buts it's a mussel car. When you drive it you get is thumbs up,nice car, every one takes pictures. I'm happy with it.

I had a 1998 Viper RT/10 and I have now a 2001 Viper RT/10. I also had a 2016 C7 Corvette. I sold the corvette and kept the Viper. I enjoy driving the Viper more than I did diving the corvette. I love the looks of it and the raw power. I get a lot more attention driving the Viper than I ever did driving the Corvette. It is a very rare car on the road.

I found a gently used f150 on line I talked to Tony he bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and I got real value for my hard earned money. Long story made short I flew to Salt Lake City, Tony met me at the air port and drove me to the dealership.i was very happy with the vehicle and drove it back to il. With absolutely no problems. I love this car. I was going to buy one 9 years ago but bought a corvette instead. I wish I had bought the viper then now that I own one. The Viper can put more power to the ground than any other car I have owned. The exhaust note is awesome. The styling of this car is unbelievable and more of a work of art than a car. The car accelerates hard and you had better have the the wheels pointed straight or it will get sideways. The only cons on the car is its a little difficult to get into and limited rear visibility but it?s handling,stopping power and acceleration make up for its short comings.This car may not be for everyone but for a true sports car enthusiast to me its the perfect car .

We were in the market for a used car for our newly, 16 year old daughter. Kevin showed my daughter and I the car one afternoon and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and even gave us some great pointers on what to look for while we’re out looking at cars. The next day my husband and I returned so that my husband could look the car over. We worked with Tommy and he was just as great! Where do I start? The car is rare! You dont see many in good shape. That’s because ham fisted drivers will crash this car easily. No traction control. This is a true drivers car in every sense of the word. Tough to find parts (especially wheels). Most common parts are easy to find, ie fuel pump, brake parts, tires, oil filters. Interior is minimalist , plastic and light weight ( it’s not a luxury vehicle) but it’s for a purpose. You can remove the interior panels with a few twists of the screwdriver. If you are over 6’ tall , top down driving is the only way to go. Tough to get in and out of the seats without kicking the sill plate. Side pipes will singe your legs if you rub your calf on the sill for too long. Speaking of side pipes, they sound quiet in stock form and the cross over pipe is right under the cockpit. Great for New England fall days, but toasty in the summer. Keep telling yourself this is a race car and not a sports car. I installed a rear camera and gps head unit. Install was easy to run wires . Tough to judge the edges of the car. Give plenty of space when parking so you don’t scuff the wheels. Transmission- The big V 10 motor torque pulses in first and sometimes second gear at slow speeds. Trying to get around in the parking lot is not fun. If you are too heavy on the throttle off the line and you let off for a bit the Viper lurches begging to be driven. I’ve had to pull the clutch in just to re-align the rpm because I am not on a race track ringing the neck out of it. The gears need to be shifted with purpose. It is not a smooth gearbox and very primitive. Shift with authority. The shifter is very long and I will probably install a short throw handle in the near future. The motor- The V 10 is bulletproof and barely works to get you up to speed. You can quick shift from 1st to 4th and still have plenty of torque to get you going. Make sure you have a fresh battery in the car as it does work hard to turn the motor over on first start as the big pistons take a lot to turn. Brakes- The brakes are phenomenal on this car and I mean really phenomenal. The one drawback is they do create an abnormal amount of brake dust which leads to a lot of squeaking at slow speed stops. Your chrome wheels will get dirty relatively quickly. Did I mention that the brakes create an abnormal amount of dust? LOL Exterior- Low ,sleek and sexy. I get compliments everywhere I go. The car has excellent aerodynamics, the top is leakproof, and everything looks and operates as it should. One thing of note, because the body is completely fiberglass, it’s relatively easy to fix. The suspension is dialed in and very sensitive to bump steering. You MUST pay attention when driving. Excellent steering and cornering when the tires are heated up. A couple parting comments. First if you store the car for long periods of time make sure you crack the windows down about 4 inches because if the battery dies you cannot open the door as the window is wedged under the soft top. Second the battery is located in the back left corner of the trunk and it’s relatively easy to get to. Make sure you put a tender on it for the winter if you’re not driving it. Also if this car is driven at any point below 60°, you will not hook up, you’ll just spend tires so be very careful when it comes to cornering and accelerating. The car comes with run flats but rides 100 times better with regular pilot cup tires. Finally, The oil lines tend to leak on these cars, so if you have a choice, replace them with braided lines and you won’t ever have any issues. Remember it’s a race car! Happy Driving
