My vehicle was taken in for service and the service advisor told me of a possible future failure of the serpentine belt. The service was done in a timely manner.

This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

The salesman was very professional and helped with all my questions and concerns. The van came in silver same as my previous one and the technology was a big step up. Team was professional and service was quick. I had an oil change and one week later, my oil light came back on. I recommend they make sure the oil light is reset before customers leave.

My service advisor is responsible for making my visit?s at Paulding Dodge Keep a pleasurable one. Of all my years as LM transportation manager I?ve had tons of contacts with many dealerships/ professionally and privately. In all my years Jeremie Trout is as customer oriented as anyone I?ve ever delt with. Seriously he should be recognized for his outstanding job. If I was still managing I would hire this young man in a minute, because of his attitude and commitment. I seriously hope that this dealership doesn?t let someone steal this guy from them. Because an unappreciated employee will leave for another opportunity. I?m just saying I really hope that is not the case. And just know I have no affiliation with gentlemen whatsoever, and never met him until my visit.
