I was referred to Felix by my uncle and he was not wrong about the quality of their service. Jonathan from the Service Department assisted me with 2 issues I had with my Equinox that were still under warranty. Making an appointment over the phone was much easier than doing it online, but as soon as I dropped the car off at Felix, Jonathan took care of everything. He updated me on the status of the vehicle and gave me a timeframe of when he expected the work to be completed. My car was in the shop longer than I had hoped, but I?m just glad the service techs were able to figure out the problem and fix it. I did notice an issue after I picked up my car, but Jonathan was right on top of it after I reported the problem. They resolved the issue in a timely manner. Everyone I came in contact with at Felix was very helpful and kind. I?ve been to other Chevy dealers before but Felix Chevrolet is top notch.

I purchased the vehicle through the Internet manager Carlos he was easy to work with and I?m happy with my vehicle. I purchase using Costco membership.

Because I'm located clear across the country, the very specific vehicle I had in mind sold before I was able to get my end arranged.
