I bought used so much of the issues were ironed out. A smooth ride, plenty room and nice features. I only had it a month so no complaints yet. I did buy a 4 year warranty from the dealer just in case.

My husband and I worked with James Meek. He was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to give us the best experience. Before we arrived he had a lot of our info already put together. While we sat at his desk we had the best conversations. He was really down to earth and super easy to talk to. We had our autistic son with us whom most ppl don't engage with but James spoke to him like a person and answered his 100 questions with out hesitation or aggravation towards him at all. That's very uncommon from most ppl. He was truly amazing! James even called us the moment our new plate hit his desk so we could come pick it up right away! If you are looking for a new or used car I most definitely recommend going to Shea and most definitely recommend you asking for James if you want a smooth and simple transition into getting your new vehicle!. I have owned it for 4000 miles and so far I love it the mileage is 20.1 MPG highway and 18 MPG town. It is very comfortable and drives great.

The whole process was very easy. They paid me a really fair price for my trade in and made by buying process smooth. Edward helped me find the right model and navigate a really strange issue with my former cars title. After sales support is really good. I had an obscure question that I couldn't find the answer for and Eva the delivery person helped me figure it out. I've bought 6 cars in my life and this was by far the best shopping and buying experience. It was extra nice to have someone follow up with me, I've never had that before except to try and sell me something. Really good experience

Jim Bishop was very nice to work with. He didn’t pressure us and made us feel like we were his top priority at all times. He answered all of our questions and concerns and helped us pick the right vehicle for us.

As I mentioned in my earlier comments, the kindness and patience shown by serviceman Brian, was especially appreciated. Being of a particular age and moving a tad bit slower, can be challenging. But his calmness and patience actually in waiting on me eased my anxiety.
