I’ve had the experience of paying for services at other dealerships that were either never received or poorly executed. This is the first time (in years) that I’ve been extremely pleased with the work done. My Lexus is running like it did when it was brand new— flushed out all fluids, filter replacement, tire rotation & balance, nice cleaning. Staff was friendly, informative about the time things will take, and the videos were clear and descriptive.

If you don?t want to feel pressured or feel like you got robbed at a dealer like most people are scared of then ask for Ed. My sales man Kevin Bell was great, showed me what I was interested in and helped with the sale process and after the sale showed me and set up the techy stuff in the Murano like the phone system the radio, the buttons on the steering wheel and what they did. It would have been months before I figured anything out.
