Seemed to be good folks but they did low ball trade in value on my C7 2019 Corvette with 3LT. Others had offered $3-$4,000 more but they dd not have trade I wanted. So I passed.

I went to the store and Lauren Smit smiled to me and she asked me right questions, keeping smile on her face and digging a little bit more about understanding what exactly I’m looking for... and I answer all her questions and we went outside to see the cars on my options, I was sure I’m going to get a BMW or an Audi and Lauren let me understanding that actually I was I looking for it’s Lexus. and Choose Lexus but! I had some problem with my Social Security number and I need to wait another week and another day and another 24 hour Lorraine and the manager Jimmy was so patiently nicely and kindly understanding my problem with a Social Security and they give me the time I needed keeping my car for another extra 24 hours I really appreciate that because of that I was able to get the best deal with the best price and the best car off my best price with the loan usually car shopping takes one day a couple of hours but my car shopping took about 10 days can you imagine the frustration but everybody in Carmax Was very patient and kind and understanding my situation thank you Carmax definitely recommend it to all my friends family and customers and I have a lot as a real estate agent my customers all need a car and my coworkers all need a car definitely recommend it love you guys. He was super friendly and pleasantly different from what I am used to. Finalizing my visit, I found Sierrah had checked my car for post service tests and arranged for my car to be washed. What more could i have asked for?

I've been servicing my car here for the past 3 years. Service is good. Of course the advisor upsell service and the cost is ridiculous. I changed my engine air filter myself for $20, the cost of the filter. They were charging $87.16. The cost of other service the advisor claimed I needed totaled $1608.35. Really! I changed my oil had a coupon and still paid $95.Crazy.I guess I could go somewhere else cheaper, but I trust their service. Atleast for now.

It was a different experience walking into the AutoNation Ford Miami Service Department. You can tell their service reps go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. Brandon made sure I was informed of what was happening with my car every step of the way, and he worked with my claims adjuster to make sure everything was covered.
