Have always driven sedans but, GM only offers that choice with Cadillac. My first SUV, thought I wouldn't really like it that much but, it fooled me! Very comfortable; fuel efficient; good looking; is NOT underpowered and, easy handling.

I was referred to Felix by my uncle and he was not wrong about the quality of their service. Jonathan from the Service Department assisted me with 2 issues I had with my Equinox that were still under warranty. Making an appointment over the phone was much easier than doing it online, but as soon as I dropped the car off at Felix, Jonathan took care of everything. He updated me on the status of the vehicle and gave me a timeframe of when he expected the work to be completed. My car was in the shop longer than I had hoped, but I?m just glad the service techs were able to figure out the problem and fix it. I did notice an issue after I picked up my car, but Jonathan was right on top of it after I reported the problem. They resolved the issue in a timely manner. Everyone I came in contact with at Felix was very helpful and kind. I?ve been to other Chevy dealers before but Felix Chevrolet is top notch.

I had a 2012 Equinox LT and really went to dealership to LOOK. We'll 2hours later I drove out with a 2025 Equinox RS in the beautiful red color. I couldn't be happier. This vehicle is great to look at, great to drive and great in every way. A very smooth ride and with all the safety features it has, I'm still getting used to them all after 2 weeks of ownership. CHEVROLET you've got a huge winner here.

Both Stephen and Brandon were excellent help when dealing with the whole car buying experience. From start to finish they were able to make the experience both easy and enjoyable. Both had a great attitude and truly showed their attention to customer service. Brandon has even gone out of his way via text/email to ensure we are satisfied with our purchase and to see if we need any assistance with apps on the car. Joe Jimenez did everything possible to ensure that the issue with the emissions was covered under the GM warranty. He was very thorough and confirmed with GM to ensure there would be no out of pocket cost. Need to have more service personnel like him.
