I did my research and checked around and only got positive responses. After I told others I had chosen Graff, they said we use them too.

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. I hope he sells, sells, sells until all realize he is a role model. Shout out to Adam who answered my million questions!

my wife and I purchased a new 2023 equinox at graff mon Jan. 30th. Worked with sales rep Wyatt Earp, He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and most of all patient. Have had problems in the past with annoying, pushy sales people. This was not the case. Wyatt took us step by step on all the functions of the car and its apps. Being almost 70 would have been lost without him. Thank you Graff and especially Wyatt. Would and will highly recommend . Love the car. Thanks again.

this is my 3rd Equinox. I drove the prior 2 about 90,000 miles and had no repairs - very reliable. I have 25000 on this one - no problems - a comfortable drive. 30-32mpg on a trip and 26mpg around town. mine has heated seats and dual climate controls/ both work well

At first we were looking at the Trailblazer. Then we saw the Equinox on the lot, and we took it for a test drive. Once we were inside my wife said this is it. The vehicle was very comfortable, roomy and had very good performance. We've had this vehicle for over a year, we have drove it to Los Angeles twice from San Francisco and the gas mileage is phenomenal. I can go from San Francisco to LA on one tank of gas. In San Francisco, the hill assist is very useful. I am pleased with my vehicle and expect to use it for the next 10 years.

Purchased brand new 10/22/22 Malcom Cunningham Augusta Ga. Shot out Travis. On my 2 car’s Equinox & Malibu 22. I love my Equinox LT blue metallic color. Great on gas. Love the app & key fob for remote start. I have everything but. Heated steering wheel, leather seats & I’m ok with that. I get a lot of compliments about how nice the cars are. I gave the Malibu to my 36 yr old son and he loves it. No problem with it. My equinox when it’s really cold in Ga. It will malfunction with some features. Long story short. I looked at recalls and it’s quite a few. But nothing about features messing up.

Such a great experience looking for a new car and starting on my first lease! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

I previously wanted to laugh Fontaine and had the worst of experience of my life. I drove an hour From my home to look at a vehicle. They told me they had after dealership. When I arrived, I was told to have a seat and wait for them to pull the vehicle up. After one and a half hours of waiting, they showed me another vehicle that I was not interested in. I was asked to wait again while they searched for the vehicle. I wanted to see. I waited another 45 minutes and when I asked the manager to find out the status, he told me the car was already sold. I was outraged. They had wasted two hours of my time pleasant hour drive time. Shaheen Chevrolet would never do that to a customer. They are first class and I absolutely love. On his way to show me the features on the car. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
